Through Live Oak Digital, Phil works with organizations ranging from growth-stage companies to national nonprofits. His current work includes a partnership with the American Council of the Blind on accessibility-focused AI integrations — modernizing their Audio Description Project and developing a grant-funded MCP server implementation, including drafting the grant language itself and supporting ACB's technical partnerships with major cloud providers. The effort grew out of conversations at the MCP Dev Summit and led to a published essay on why accessibility must be designed into the agentic AI ecosystem from day one.
